These Terms of Service (the "Charter" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (whether an individual or institutional entity, referred to as "User", "Licensee", or "You") and GODMOD3 Quantitative Architecture ("GODMOD3", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), a sovereign software and algorithmic intelligence operating platform.
By accessing the platform at godmod3.com, purchasing a subscription (Alpha Signal $9/mo, Oracle Pro $29/mo, VIP Cornix $49/mo, or Annual Pass $79/yr), accessing the GODMOD3 Sovereign PWA (/app), loading any GODMOD3 PineScript indicator on TradingView, or connecting a Cornix automated trading webhook, you irrevocably agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, disclaimers, and dispute resolution mechanisms set forth herein.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EVERY TERM OF THIS CHARTER, CEASE ACCESS IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT INITIALIZE ANY AUTOMATED WEBHOOK OR INDICATOR.
2. Mathematical Nature & Non-Advisory Status
GODMOD3 is solely an algorithmic software research suite designed to identify harmonic fractal structures, solar court divergence patterns, and quantitative price momentum across liquid asset markets.
- No Financial Advice: No output, signal, webhook payload, audio broadcast, Telegram alert, or documentation constitutes personalized or generalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
- No Fiduciary Relationship: Accessing GODMOD3 does not establish an advisory, broker, custody, or fiduciary relationship between you and GODMOD3 or its operators.
- Non-Custodial Architecture: GODMOD3 NEVER holds, handles, receives, custody-manages, or controls your fiat currency, crypto assets, exchange private keys, or wallet funds.
3. PineScript™ & Software License Grant
Upon successful payment and verification, GODMOD3 grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal software license to:
- Access authorized closed-source or invite-only PineScript™ v5 indicators on TradingView strictly via your single registered TradingView username;
- Receive automated quantitative alert payloads generated by GODMOD3 servers for personal execution or automated routing;
- Access private member intelligence feeds, cockpits, and educational documentation.
Single User Restriction: Sharing TradingView access credentials, redistributing invite-only PineScript scripts, copying webhook tokens, or syndicating signals to third parties will result in instant permanent revocation of access without refund, plus immediate legal enforcement under Section 10.
4. Sovereign Subscriptions, PWA Access, Billing & Refund Policy

GODMOD3 provides tiered quantitative access to its algorithmic research suite, standalone Progressive Web App (PWA) workstation, and automated telemetry feeds under the following transparent pricing structure:
- Tier 1 — Alpha Signal: $9.00 USD billed monthly, or $79.00 USD billed annually (saving 27%). Includes 5 daily harmonic consensus vectors, standalone PWA Terminal access (/app), and quantitative position sizing tools.
- Tier 2 — Oracle Pro: $29.00 USD billed monthly, or $249.00 USD billed annually. Includes unthrottled Solar Court AI asset audits (/court), 24/7 whale divergence webhooks, and weekly classified Macro Dossiers.
- Tier 3 — VIP Cornix & Operator Suite: $49.00 USD billed monthly, or $399.00 USD billed annually. Includes turnkey TradingView PineScript v5 indicator source code, autonomous copy-trading webhooks for Bybit/Binance, and private Syndicate masterminds.
All subscriptions are billed transparently on a recurring basis via Stripe, Inc. GODMOD3 enforces a strict zero-deceptive-pricing doctrine: there are no hidden trial escalation rates, setup fees, or artificial billing barriers.
4.2 Standalone Sovereign PWA Access (Independent Architecture)
Subscribers receive instant access directly through the standalone GODMOD3 Sovereign PWA Workstation (located at godmod3.com/app and godmod3.com/cockpit) with browser WebPush notifications. Telegram channels and bot handshakes (@godmod3gbot) operate as an optional secondary mirror stream for user convenience and do not constitute a mandatory prerequisite for platform utility.
4.3 Self-Service 1-Click Cancellation
You maintain sovereign, unhindered control over your subscription with instant 1-click cancellation at any time via the automated Stripe Customer Billing Portal accessible on godmod3.com. Cancellation immediately halts future recurring billing cycles while preserving full unthrottled platform access through the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
4.4 Digital Goods Delivery & Finality of Transactions
All GODMOD3 deliverables—including real-time algorithmic telemetry feeds, proprietary PineScript source scripts, Cornix execution webhooks, and Macro Dossier intelligence—are digital software and analytical research goods provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation. Consequently, ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law once digital provisioning has occurred.
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes initiated without prior consultation through the support desk constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of all software licenses and referral to recovery arbitration under Section 10.
5. 3rd-Party Automation & Webhook Execution (Cornix)
GODMOD3 provides webhook payload integrations compatible with third-party automation tools, including Cornix.io, 3Commas, and custom webhook dispatchers.
- Zero Control over Third Parties: GODMOD3 has no ownership, affiliation, or control over TradingView Inc., Cornix.io, Telegram FZ-LLC, or your selected cryptocurrency exchange (e.g. Binance, Bybit, OKX).
- Execution Latency & Slippage: Internet outages, exchange API downtime, rate limits, liquidation cascades, and execution slippage are entirely beyond the platform's control. GODMOD3 assumes zero liability for missed, delayed, duplicated, or misexecuted trades.
- Risk Parameters: You are solely responsible for configuring leverage, margin mode (isolated vs cross), take-profit intervals, and stop-loss limits in your trading interface.
6. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Trade Secrets
All mathematical formulas, 144-harmonic convergence models, PineScript algorithms, frontend designs, visual graphics, sound telemetry, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform.
Nothing in this Charter transfers any copyright, patent, trade secret, or ownership right to the Licensee.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Reverse Engineering
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, de-obfuscate, or unpack any PineScript indicator or server API endpoint;
- Scrape, redistribute, rebroadcast, or mirror GODMOD3 signals in any Discord server, Telegram group, Twitter/X stream, or paid alpha service;
- Use automated scripts or bots to spam the member verification portal;
- Use the platform for market manipulation, front-running, or illegal financial schemes;
- Misrepresent hypothetical performance as guaranteed yield to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, INDICATORS, WEBHOOKS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GODMOD3, ITS PARENT HOLDING, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, PROFITS, LIQUIDATION LOSSES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN ALL CASES, THE CUMULATIVE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GODMOD3 ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CHARTER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GODMOD3 IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
10. GLAW Lex Cognitiva — Mandatory Binding Digital Arbitration
- Seat & Convention: The legal seat of arbitration shall be neutral international jurisdiction, enforceable under the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
- Digital-First Proceedings: All filings, witness statements, and arbitral submissions shall occur exclusively over secure digital channels and asynchronous cryptographic filings. No in-person appearance shall be required.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATION.
- Fee-Shifting (Loser-Pays): The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be fully entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable attorneys' fees, expert fees, filing fees, and administrative costs.

GODMOD3 is an autonomous sovereign algorithmic platform operated by a decentralized institutional holding entity. Pursuant to the Sovereign Architect Doctrine, individual developers, quantitative researchers, and maintainers maintain complete personal immunity and zero personal liability.
