1. Sovereign Core Doctrine
At GODMOD3, privacy is not a regulatory afterthought—it is an architectural design constraint. We adhere to the principle of Data Minimization and Absolute Cryptographic Discretion. We collect only the bare technical minimum required to authenticate your access to closed-source PineScript indicators and deliver automated webhook execution payloads.
2. Zero AI Model Training Covenant
We irrevocably covenant that:
- No customer emails, TradingView accounts, exchange pairing configurations, or webhook payload executions are ever used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public or proprietary artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Your webhook parameters and automated alert schedules remain strictly partitioned in volatile memory during routing and are never persisted in vector databases or external cognitive models.
3. Data We Collect & Legitimate Purpose
We process only three categories of data:
- Access Identity: Email address provided during Stripe checkout (used for transaction receipts and billing management).
- Platform Entitlements: TradingView username (strictly required to whitelist your account on TradingView’s server-side invite-only indicator registry) and optional Telegram handle (for private syndicate alert broadcast access).
- Infrastructure Telemetry: Anonymized server access logs (IP address, TLS handshake version, timestamp) retained for a rolling 14-day window strictly for DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, and brute-force prevention.
4. Data We Never Collect
Unlike conventional web services and retail brokers, GODMOD3 specifically DOES NOT:
- Store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank routing numbers (all payments are tokenized via Stripe);
- Request, store, or touch exchange API keys, private wallet keys, or custody credentials;
- Deploy third-party ad retargeting pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel);
- Cross-reference user identities across external data brokers.
5. Payment & Financial Security
Payment processing is conducted entirely via Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1 certified entity. Your payment credentials are submitted directly to Stripe over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. GODMOD3 servers only receive opaque customer IDs (cus_...) and subscription status tokens (active, trialing, canceled).
7. GDPR, UK GDPR & Swiss nFADP Rights
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland enjoy full statutory privacy rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection:
- Right to Access: Request a complete cryptographic export of your account record.
- Right to Rectification: Update your registered TradingView handle or billing email at any time.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request immediate purging of your email and entitlements from our active operational databases upon subscription termination.
- Right to Restriction & Objection: Opt out of non-essential transactional email communications with a single click.
8. Cryptographic Retention & Automatic Deletion
Account linkage records are retained only for the active lifecycle of your subscription or lifetime pass. Upon subscription cancellation and completion of the billing cycle, non-financial records are queued for automated pruning. Transaction audit logs required for tax and regulatory accounting are retained in encrypted cold storage for statutory periods (5–7 years) and then cryptographically destroyed.
